Refund Policy

At Bow-Tie Overdrive INC , we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully:

  1. Inspection Period
    Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Please verify that all items and components are included and undamaged. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within this 10-day window.

  2. Return Window
    Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. Any exceptions to this policy must be authorized in writing by Bow-Tie Overdrives prior to the return.

  3. Restocking Fee
    All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, regardless of reason. This fee applies to all products.

  4. Return Authorization
    All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

  5. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Custom orders, special-order items, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
