69-70 Chevelle (SC2242)

This kit converts your factory-installed console shifter for use with a newer 4-speed TH700-R4, TH200-4R or 4L60E Transmission. The kit eliminates the rod linkage and replaces it with a GM cable #3956765 (sold separately). The conversion includes a new laser-cut and hardened detent for proper stops and gear selection, a new cable mount bracket, which bolts to the shifter base, a cable pin to connect the cable to the shifter handle, all necessary hardware and instructions.
