Our pumps are precision built with the highest of quality. Since pumps do warp, we machine all of our pumps on our CNC Lathe. We resurface both the front and back halves, the stator side is machined after the new stator is installed to provide precision perpendicularity, which is critical on these rotary vane pumps. Tolerances are held within 0.0005".
